3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary design elements, source code templates, shader visual assets, and trademarks displayed on this website remain the exclusive property of MSJ Innovation Labs unless otherwise agreed under formal contractual transfer for custom client deliverables upon full settlement.
4. User Obligations & Acceptable Use
You agree not to disrupt or attempt to compromise website security, submit fraudulent or automated spam forms, or reverse engineer protected assets. Any unauthorized intrusion attempts will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal recourse.
5. Limitation of Liability
